About

Hello, I’m Louise Weston.

I am an Art Therapist and Psychotherapist based in Warranwood on Wurundjeri Country, in the leafy outer eastern suburbs of Naarm/Melbourne.

Creativity has always been central to my life — not only professionally, but personally as a source of expression, regulation, insight, and connection.

Before becoming an Art Therapist, I spent over 25 years working across illustration, design, publishing, marketing, and creative business. Alongside this, lived experience within a neurodivergent family and my own experiences navigating health and wellbeing greatly shaped the way I understand support, advocacy, and authentic care.

My practice is relational, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and informed by the neurodiversity paradigm. I value creating spaces where people feel safe to explore identity, emotions, sensory experiences, creativity, and self-understanding without judgement or pressure to conform.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, carers, and community groups across a wide range of experiences and support needs.

I feel deeply privileged to witness people reconnect with themselves through creative process.
